Pin it on Google MapsSearch your building or estate, use your current location, or move the map under the pin. Add a landmark like "blue gate, 2nd floor".

The 2% fees apply to the item price only, so buyers far from the seller don't pay more for the same protection. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee.

No. You pay with your M-Pesa number. We save your name, number and delivery area so you can see your purchases and review sellers later.
Yes. Tap Buy and paste the link to their post. We tell the seller a buyer is ready and they call you to agree the details. Then they send you a Thibitisha payment link. If you've already agreed a price, you can pay first and we invite the seller; if they don't accept within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
Report a problem before the inspection period ends, with photos. The money stays held while a reviewer looks at evidence from both sides. If you're right, you get a refund.
You pin your location on Google Maps. Thibitisha measures the road distance from the seller's pickup point to your pin and shows the fee for each delivery option before you pay. Our riders charge a starting fee plus a rate per kilometre; sellers with their own riders set their own rates; courier is a flat fee; collecting from the shop is free. The 2% protection fee never applies to delivery.
Only whoever delivers your order, and only after you pay. The label on the package and the messages to the seller show just your area, like "Kilimani".
When you confirm the item is right, or automatically when the inspection period ends with no problem reported. The delivery fee goes to whoever delivered, as soon as your code is confirmed.
No. Only payments through Thibitisha are protected. A seller who asks you to pay outside Thibitisha is a warning sign; please report them in the app.
A real Thibitisha mark or scan code always opens a page on thibitisha.biz. If it leads anywhere else, it's fake.
Yes. Reply to our SMS with the full code, or read your two digits to the rider, who enters the code for you. Thibitisha still checks it.
